Design pens for an eventThis product was easy to use, with beads I already had. I made myself a pen, and while it's pretty, the ink cartridge slips back into the pen after writing with it. I hoped this was just a fluke. But subsequent pens did the same.The pens ink does not go back into the pen fully…. Which means that you can’t put it in a bag or purse without it writing all over inside. The two halves of the pen…where you change the ink often have a space in between and you have to adjust it very often.Just requested a return on this item due to the tips on a few of the pens completely off. These cannot be twisted back on to the pen, they’re too loose so unfortunately I can’t use this item. Which is a shame because the pens are nice.I received half of the pens! Like only the top half’s. Reached out to customer service they said the processed me a refund. Cool. All was taken care of. So I disposed of the broken pens and went about my day. 4 days later no refund I reach out again. Another agent says she processed a refund. Still no refund. Wake up this morning to an email saying they are now wanting the broken items back. I spoke with 2 different agents that both told me not to worry my refund has been processed and taken care of. To being out $60 for broken pens! I’m livid! Do not recommend!Some pens were not together. On top of that some was not screwed tight enough and not sturdy.These pens are great for what I need. I saw the review about the tips. I haven’t tried taking the tips off because I didn’t think they could be refilled. I did twist the barrel too tight on one pen and ruined it. All others have worked fine.Items where as described. Would use seller again.
